Hi, I’m Orathai - Owner and Head Cook at Yes,Thai! Kitchen.

My mission is to serve up Thai culture on a plate and guide our customers to Thai cooking to create memories and connect with loved ones through a delicious, authentic experience.

I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, traveled to New Zealand & Australia for school before completing an undergraduate degree at Memorial in 2011.

I worked for non-profit organizations in social services for several years before deciding it is time to focus on my passion for cooking and open my own little Thai food stall at the St. John’s Farmers Market in 2018.

When I’m not cooking or working on the next project for Yes, Thai!, I spend my time chasing my five-year-old trout & watch the Octonauts with him.
